Lismore Castle Arts
09 Jun, 2023
Join Niall Mac Coitir, author of four books on Ireland’s trees, wild plants, animals, and birds, on an enchanting garden walk exploring the trees of the lower garden. Niall will bring to life the myths, legends and folklore associated with the native Yews that predate the gardens at Lismore, thought to be at least 500 years old. The walk will also explore the non-native trees in the garden including rare Magnolia and sweetly scented Rhododendron.
12 euro includes refreshments. Friends Scheme 10 euro.
